by Loreen on July 21, 2010

Vitamin K, once a quiet vitamin we heard next to nothing about, is now “hot.” Studies have indicated it’s necessary for building bone. Just how it all works is still a bit of a mystery. Spinach

Swiss chard

Brussels sprouts

Broccoli

Kale

Mustard greens

Asparagus

Green beans
