***We are especially interested in recruiting student volunteers to assist with set-up and break-down of the market. Hours worked from May through September can be used towards school required community service for 2010–2011

***Community Groups please consider volunteering at the market on a regular basis, once or twice a month!

Musicians: We are seeking musicians to provide background music for our visitors to the market. We are able to pay a small stipend and a market bag full of fresh vegetables. If you are a local musician who would like to share your music with others please contact nonprofit@sammamishfarmersmarket.org.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Help support your local farmers market! Create exclusive exposure for your business

The planning of the Sammamish Farmers Market’s third season has already begun and we are looking for sponsors. During the 2009 season, up to 1000 people visited the market each week. The farmers market not only creates an opportunity for market-goers to buy locally grown produce, but also to shop for unique handcrafted items, to enjoy live music and to watch chefs cook and share delicious recipes. The market has become a gathering place for the community, and we are developing an exciting program of events and promotions to reach out to even more customers this season.

We have redesigned our sponsorship packages this year to offer you even more benefits and a greater visibility for your business. Support from local businesses is vital to the success of our market and we hope you will join us and become a sponsor!

For more information on how to become a sponsor, please contact Deb Sogge at 425.681.4910 or info@sammamishchamber.org.
