If you want to become a non-profit vendor at our market, please carefully read our Non-Profit Vendor Policies before completing the application.

  • During the market season, applications must be received at least one week before the planned start date.
  • We request that Non-profit Vendors supply their own tent, tables, and chairs.

2024 Non-profit Vendor Application

ELIGIBILITY: Non-profit/community group stalls will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Organizations with a strong membership base or involvement in Sammamish and those with educational outreach related to sustainability, community and health will be prioritized.

Marketing

Stall Space Details

  • Non-profits must follow all the rules in the Vendor Policies.
  • Stalls for non-profits are for marketing and advertising only.
  • Fundraising (such as raffle tickets, book sales) are not allowed at the market.
  • Non-profits must supply, set up and take down all of their own equipment, including 10' x 10' tent, tables, chairs, weights and signage. Weights will be required for ALL canopies on market day. Please see our Vendor Policies for details.
  • Non-profits must arrive between 3:00-3:15 PM and be fully set up by 3:45 PM, and stay until the end of market.
  • There are limited onsite parking spots for farmers only.
The market recommends hosting an interactive or children’s activity to ensure maximum traffic to your booth.
