A $35 non-refundable application fee is to be paid by credit card when submitting your application. After March 31, 2024, the non-refundable application fee is $45.
The application deadline for priority stall placement is March 31, 2024. The final opening day stall placement application deadline is April 15, 2024.
During the market season, applications must be received at least one week before the planned start date.
Food Trucks: We have limited space for food trucks.

Please select all licenses and permits you are required to have to operate your business. You will not be able to set up at the market without all required permits in hand. Vendors are responsible for knowing and obtaining the licenses and permits necessary to operate at the market.

Sammamish Business License(Required)

A Sammamish business license is required by nonfarm vendors who sell in Sammamish 4+ times per year. Farm vendors are exempt for sales from their farms. Non-profits are also exempt.

Additions to this list during the season must receive prior approval from the Market Manager. Stall Space Details

Stall spaces can accommodate a 10’ x 10’ or larger canopy. There are limited onsite parking spots for farmers only. Please let us know your preferences and specific needs. Weights will be required for ALL canopies on market day. Please see our Vendor Policies for details.

Food Truck - $60/per market day or 7% of sales, whichever is greater.

10' x 10' Season Stall - $540 per season (non-refundable, paid today). 7% of sales still applies and must be paid on the day of the market.

The 10' x 10' Season Stall is for 19 market days.
